Customs and Duty Charges

Once your order arrives at its destination, you may be required to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes for where your shipping location. As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing your order. Rejecting a Delivery Due to Refusal To Pay Duty Charges

If you refuse to pay customs and duty charges and reject the delivery, you may request that the item be returned to GOSHVAIN .

GOSHVAIN will be notified of the return once the item is on its way back to us.

Refund Process

 

 

Upon receiving the returned items, GOSHVAIN  will process a refund for the amount of your order, minus the cost of returning the items and the original shipping fee.
