GOSHVAIN is a Classical Tailoring house devoted to refinement, precision, and timeless sartorial expression. Every piece is produced with intention and issued in limited consideration.

Use of This Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate information and to use this platform lawfully and respectfully.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse, misrepresentation, or misconduct is detected.

Products & Availability

All garments — including Ready-To-Wear, Crafted With Measurements, and Limited Editions — are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or limit quantities at our discretion.

Each piece is produced with care and may reflect natural variations inherent in artisanal craftsmanship.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP and may be adjusted without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and official confirmation from GOSHVAIN.

Crafted With Measurements and Bespoke commissions require full or partial payment prior to production. Deposits made toward personalized garments are non-refundable.

Personalized Garments

Crafted With Measurements and Bespoke garments are final. Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. GOSHVAIN is not liable for fitting discrepancies resulting from incorrect measurements submitted.

Alterations, where offered, are considered a courtesy and not an obligation.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Once dispatched, responsibility transfers to the client. GOSHVAIN is not liable for carrier delays, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

International clients are responsible for duties and import charges where applicable.

Returns

Ready-To-Wear garments may be eligible for exchange within 3-5 days if unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition with tags intact.

Limited Editions, Personalized Garments, and Final Sale pieces are not eligible for return.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, logos, campaign materials, product names, and creative assets remain the exclusive property of GOSHVAIN. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

GOSHVAIN shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products. Liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the purchase amount of the garment in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved within its jurisdiction.

Amendments

We reserve the right to refine these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
