T he U.S. government has updated its de minimis rules. This means shipments to the U.S. may now be subject to customs duties and charges upon arrival.What this means, is that to keep our delivery promise to you seamless (you order online, we deliver to your door), we are having to incur additional costs which is having a significant impact on us as an independent brand.

 

As such, we unfortunately will no longer be able to offer free shipping. This (hopefully) temporary change will support us in offsetting some of the costs that will allow us to honor our delivery promise and ensure your GOSHVAIN experience stays seamless.

 

Our team is closely monitoring these developments as the changes from the administration are fluid. We will provide consistent updates as the situation evolves.

  • Global Shipping: Partners with DHL Express and DHL Parcel to deliver to 220 global destinations.

  • Order Processing: Orders are usually shipped within 5-10 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the shipping date.

  • Fulfillment Hours: Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM GMT.

 

Delivery Flexibility

DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD): Allows you to make changes to your delivery while it’s in transit.

Schedule delivery for another day. Remove the signature requirement.

  • ODD Availability: If ODD is available in your area, the notification will include a link to the ODD site.

  • Tracking Information: Use the tracking (shipment waybill) number provided in the SMS and/or email.

 

Delivery Prices

  • Variable Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the final destination.

  • Exclusions: Prices displayed on the website do not include shipping, tax, and duties.

  • Carriers: All shipments are sent using DHL Express

  • Delivery Timeframe: Shipments are delivered within 5-10 days from the shipment date.
